Christmas is exciting but also quite stressful especially for those of us suffering from anxiety. Following on from our successful November meeting, our December anxiety meeting will be Saturday 16th December.

We will be at our normal venue, Tower Coffee Company which is opposite Blackpool North train station.

Any fresh faces are welcome and feel free to turn up. We are a friendly bunch and chat about any upcoming worries or coping mechanisms.
